The band features Adele Jacques, a très chic French singer who performs Serge Gainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot songs in a cabaret style. In addition to Gainsbourg and Bardot, Paris Loves LA is influenced by French Sixties pop, American jazz, and cinema.
